Counsellor and Psychotherapist
Meg is a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist with a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy, and a Graduate Diploma in Counselling. She is a registered member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) and has over 30 years’ professional experience in the fields of mental health and adult education.

Please note that Meg does not focus on portion control or calorie restriction interventions for food-related struggles.
Meg adopts a flexible, integrative approach, drawing from a diverse range of modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-Based Therapies.
She provides a safe and respectful space for reflection, and works collaboratively with her clients to bring about the change and personal growth they hope to achieve.
