One of my skills as a psychologist is knowing how to best support you to grow a deeper understanding of yourself. Once you know what motivates your emotions and behaviours, you can develop a strategy to manage them.

Bear in mind this is a screener, and not a diagnosis. Autism can only be confirmed with a comprehensive assessment.
