One of my skills as a psychologist is knowing how to best support you to grow a deeper understanding of yourself. Once you know what motivates your emotions and behaviours, you can develop a strategy to manage them.

Your scores on the Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS-v1.1) indicate that you do not have symptoms consistent with ADHD in adults.
Bear in mind this is a screener. Presence of ADHD can only be confirmed with a comprehensive assessment.
